Started this one a few years ago actually, recently found it and added the stoner theme. Was thinking of shrooms and pot leaves in the background but figured to scan prior to any further working etc.
If you're a pokemon tcg fan you prob know which card this one is based on. The Bandai Carddass series, Pocket Monsters file no 151.
Worth looking into that rabbit hole of Japanese stickers and cards from the mid 90s. The art is beautiful, and so nostalgic.
