Quick and easy fish taco recipe, anon. perfect meal while in the art studio.
the recipe:

  • 1 pouch or can of your favorite tuna
  • some flour tortilla shells [you can use what you have but these don't need heat]
  • corn and/or beans, tomatoes and/or onions are up to you
  • leafs [your preference] had spinach on this one
  • condiments, i usually go with cayenne pepper and ground mustard, sometimes fish sauce
  • rice [white or anything you prefer]

Assemble with the rice first, then layer every thing else like art as usual. get creative as only you know what flavors you really like. i experiment with pesto and different Asian sauces, even use sauerkraut on occasion.
the small tuna packs from starkist are pretty clutch for quick meals. None of the extra prep work and cooking needed. Pick a few flavors and stock up for a $1 each.
Sometimes i use soybeans but i used chickpeas on this series. Ran out of cheese for these but feta is my go to; another thing that is a matter of preference. Same with onions and tomatoes.

fun part about tacos is you can really just throw in what you have and enjoy.
for the burrito version just get bigger shells to wrap, some stores have the tomato or basil burrito wraps so be on the look out for flavor variance.
