Ordered some fish n chips the other day from a local spot. i think issa halal spot but not sure. not big on fried food, but this one is a classic as ya know. Not sure what kind of fish it was, either trout or tilapia variant. Cajun fries, the style from the southern states.
this platter comes with a few shrimp too, a lil phi action iykyk. Decided to eat wif chopsticks while working on some trad art pieces as i didn't want greasy fingers on the canvas stuff.
For dippin i had mid hot sauce and a scoop of basil pesto. Worked really well with the fried notes of flavor, kinda surprised me.
anyways, ya can't go wrong wif fish n chips, anon, no matter what side of the pond yer on <3
