While shopping at my local thrift spots, i found something truly special...
The mythic Hello Kitty 20oz coffee mug by Sanrio. This coffee cup is huge my friends, like huge. And believe it or not the cup/mug was only $2...!
And then i found the ramen bowl... also 20oz and with the chopstick loops... for only $2...! albeit this one did not have sticks or spoon, but still.

yes, i know i know, a grown man in his 30's buying Hello Kitty merch... But hey, as a millennial you know the culture. Certain things you have to buy when you see them randomly at any store on clearance. plus i eat a lot with chopsticks and i drink a lot of coffee so it made sense [lol].

Craziest part about these finds was that i also found the Halloween cookie jar for only 0.19 cents...!
i guess since it was/is out of season the store said whatever and put the insane markdown on it. Like fam, less than a quarter for the big cookie jar. These still sell on amazon for like $16 [lol].
where ever you live, make it a habit to check you local dept stores and thrift spot's clearance section. Literally for less than 5 dollars or euros etc you can score some good culture pieces.
